Andy is an experienced labor and employment attorney whose practice focuses on helping employers navigate the complexities of federal, state, and local employment laws. Andy has successfully represented employers before agencies such as federal and state departments of labor, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), the NYS Division of Human Rights, the NYS Workers’ Compensation Board, and the NYS Public Employment Relations Board.
Andy is a contributing editor to New York Employment Law, a comprehensive guide to federal and New York State employment laws published by the New York Law Journal. He also regularly conducts management training seminars to help employers stay ahead of emerging legal trends and best practices.
