Hodgson Russ LLP Adds Three New Attorneys
Hodgson Russ LLP is pleased to announce that two new attorneys have joined the firm.
Andrew D. Drilling has rejoined Hodgson Russ as a Senior Associate in the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice. He represents private and public sector employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. Andy has extensive experience advising clients on compliance with state, federal, and local laws affecting the workplace including the National Labor Relations Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the New York Paid Family Leave and New York Paid Sick Leave Laws, the New York Human Rights Law, and the New York Public Employees’ Fair Employment Act (Taylor Law).
Andy’s practice also includes conducting and advising clients regarding investigations into allegations of employee wrongdoing, including accusations involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, leave and accommodation requirements, and employment contract disputes. In addition, Andy has experience negotiating union contracts.
In addition, Joseph M. Reynolds has also joined the firm’s Real Estate & Financing Practice. Joe has nearly 15 years of experience in commercial real estate and serves as Of Counsel for the practice. He focuses his efforts on large-scale renewable energy projects, assisting clients with review of site selection documents, negotiation of site selection agreements, and title review. He also has nearly 25 years of experience in title review and working with title companies to generate the proper curative for clients’ needs. As a licensed examining counsel for Chicago Title Insurance Company, Joe has significant experience in title examination and commercial law, allowing him to help clients navigate the construction of their projects.
