Hodgson Russ Announces Three Newly Elected Partners, Three Attorneys Promoted to Senior Associate

Glen P. Doherty – Glen is a member of the Labor & Employment Practice. He represents employers and management, with a particular emphasis on employment discrimination and litigation. His counsel focuses on issues related to discipline and discharge, safety and health compliance, EEO compliance and drafting of critical employment documents. Glen is a frequent lecturer on a wide range of employment and labor topics for various bar associations and employer groups. He has also written on diverse topics related to employment. Glen is based in our Albany office.

Daniel P. Kelly – Dan is a member of the Tax Practice and is licensed in both New York and Florida. He focuses on state and local tax matters, and regularly advises individuals and businesses on various aspects of New York State and New York City taxes. Dan shares his views on current state and local tax topics and legislative developments in a variety of state and local tax publications. Dan is based in our Buffalo office.

Cristin L. Murray – Cristin is a member of the Corporate & Business Practice. She represents domestic and international clients in a variety of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures. Cristin also has experience in securities regulation and compliance, including public company reporting, and federal and state aspects of private offerings. Cristin is based in our Buffalo office.
