Michael Zahler is a seasoned litigator who focuses his practice on trusts and estates litigation. He regularly represents fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and other parties in will contests, accounting proceedings, advice and direction proceedings, discovery proceedings, estate tax proceedings, removal proceedings, and other fiduciary litigation in the New York State Surrogate’s Court and New York Appellate Courts.

Michael is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Trusts and Estates Law Section. He serves as Vice Chair of the Estate Litigation Committee and serves on the Executive Committee as the Representative from the 3rd Judicial District.
