Summary Judgment in Favor of Construction Client

Hodgson Russ attorneys successfully obtained a summary judgment in favor of a construction client in connection with a dispute that arose between the client and a general contractor on a school project. The Supreme Court held that the disputed work that was the subject of the litigation was outside of the client's responsibility under its contract and that the client was entitled to recover the full amount it sought for performing additional work.
