William A. Ciszewski III

Partner

William counsels and represents clients in a variety of commercial disputes, including controversies involving corporate governance, institutional fiduciary responsibilities, banking relationships, and construction projects.  He has practiced in numerous state and federal courts. 

William has significant experience practicing insurance law and advising clients on risk management, and insurance placement.  He has litigated and resolved coverage disputes concerning a wide range of first- and third-party insurance contracts and involving diverse losses and claims.  While he began his career representing carriers, William’s insurance practice is now focused on policyholder rights and recovery.  In addition to litigating these matters, William regularly counsels clients on insurance requirements and issues attendant to all manner of business relationships and contracts, construction projects, corporate transactions, and cyber risks.    

William also assists the firm’s Office of General Counsel on various issues of professional responsibility and sits on the firm’s Security and Privacy Committee.
