Four Hodgson Russ Attorneys Newly Admitted to New York State Bar
Hodgson Russ is pleased to announce that four new attorneys, all resident in the law firm’s Buffalo office, have been admitted to the New York State Bar. The newly admitted attorneys are:
James M. Bauer (Insurance & Reinsurance) concentrates his practice in insurance litigation and coverage issues, handling a variety of disputes related to directors and officers liability insurance, errors and omissions insurance, general liability policies, excess policies, and other insurance contracts.
William A. Ciszewski, III (Insurance & Reinsurance) focuses his practice on insurance coverage issues relating to directors and officers liability, errors and omissions liability, comprehensive general liability, and other types of insurance contracts.
Patrick J. Hines (Torts, Insurance & Products Liability) focuses his practice on personal injury and business litigation matters, including toxic torts, bad-faith, employment, and labor law.
Chanel P. Maddigan (Real Estate & Finance) assists public and private buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and developers with real estate and related matters, including the finance and/or purchase of retail, industrial, and office space; residential developments; and other investment properties.
