Alicia is a member of the firm's Environmental, Municipal, and Renewable Energy Practices. She has a broad-based practice, which involves representing clients involved in Article 78 proceedings, assisting clients with regulatory compliance matters, conducting environmental due diligence for corporate and real estate transactions, and assisting renewable energy developers, municipalities, and other clients with various land use, siting, and zoning matters, including as it pertains to environmental reviews and zoning approvals.

Prior to joining Hodgson Russ, Alicia was an associate at a mid-size firm in Rochester, where she practiced environmental and municipal law. During law school, she interned for the Honorable Denise L. Cote in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
