Our firm acts as outside environmental counsel to a large and highly regulated subsidiary of a multinational metals management and processing/recycling conglomerate, regarding all aspects of environmental, health, and safety compliance matters. Our representation includes, but is not limited to, interactions with federal and state regulatory authorities; assessing general environmental compliance obligations pursuant to ongoing and proposed operations; responses to regulatory inquiries; permitting; and other regulatory and transactional matters.
