Meredith R. Morgan

Counsel

Meredith has extensive experience counseling institutional lenders and borrowers. Her practice encompasses a range of financing transactions in a variety of industries, including general asset-based and leveraged lending, international trade finance, private equity and acquisition finance and mortgage warehouse and MSR financing.

Meredith is an adjunct professor of law at Brooklyn Law School, where she teaches an introductory seminar on negotiation.

Before joining Hodgson Russ, Meredith practiced in Amlaw offices in New York City and Chicago and served as counsel at a boutique firm based in New York City.
