
Brendan is a member of the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice. He represents domestic and international clients on a variety of business transactions and corporate matters with a focus on securities law and mergers and acquisitions transactions. Brendan regularly represents issuers, investors, and underwriters in securities offerings and other capital markets transactions. He also advises public companies on their reporting and compliance obligations under U.S. securities laws and with respect to corporate governance laws.
Prior to joining Hodgson Russ, Brendan was an associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in its New York City office, where he focused his practice on capital markets transactions and assisting public companies with preparation of their Exchange Act reports and other securities law compliance matters. As a law student, Brendan was a summer clerk at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of New York.
