Tracy assists attorneys in the Immigration Practice with the preparation and filing of nonimmigrant and immigrant-based petitions, including L-1, TN, labor certifications, and I-140 filings. She also works with clients to navigate the nonimmigrant visa application processes at US consular offices around the world.

Tracy has ten years of industry experience working in the legal field. Prior to joining Hodgson Russ LLP, she worked over five years as a paralegal in various legal settings for well known local firms, a not for profit, and under in-house counsel for the executive team of a publicly traded business. In addition to her immigration experience, she also has a background in various areas of unemployment law, corporate law, litigation, family law, public finance, real estate matters and government affairs.
