Roxanne (Roxie) Mercado is a member of Hodgson Russ's Corporate & Business Practice, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate law. She represents a wide array of clients across various industries, both in the U.S. and internationally, advising on a range of corporate matters such as commercial contracting, mergers and acquisitions, private fund formation, and corporate governance.
Prior to joining Hodgson Russ, Roxie was a Senior Associate at a large law firm in Buffalo. Her extensive experience includes an internship at the United Nations Office of Internal Oversight Services. In the Philippines, she worked as an associate at the country’s largest law firm, where she focused on mergers, acquisitions, banking, finance, and securities law. Additionally, she served as a solicitor at the Office of the Solicitor General of the Philippines, where she was involved in litigation and international arbitration.
