Patricia is a member of the firm’s Trusts & Estates Practice, where she assists clients on a wide range of estates and trusts matters. She counsels clients to create comprehensive estate plans to meet their wealth preservation goals. Patricia has deep experience with estate and trust administration, and routinely counsels fiduciaries and beneficiaries in both contested and non-contested matters. Patricia appears in Surrogate’s Court for a variety of cases, including Article 17-a guardianships, wrongful death settlements, and probate and accounting contests.
Patricia also has experience with elder law matters, including long-term care planning and Article 81 guardianships for incapacitated adults, where she routinely serves as the court appointed court-evaluator in those guardianship proceedings.
