
Kenneth is a partner in the firm’s Trusts & Estates Practice with over a decade of experience advising clients on tax, charitable, and estate planning. He prides himself on his ability to navigate the complex family dynamics inherent in his practice with sensitivity and pragmatism.
Utilizing a variety of sophisticated planning techniques, Kenneth works with clients to identify and achieve their goals through the development and implementation of well-tailored, tax-efficient estate planning strategies. He spends considerable time advising clients on business succession planning and regularly works with family business owners to facilitate effective transitions to future generations of owners and operators.
In addition to his planning practice, Kenneth represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in all aspects of estate and trust administration, including contested matters. Kenneth also prepares estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax returns and has represented clients before both state and federal taxing authorities.
Prior to joining Hodgson Russ, Kenneth was a partner at a large regional law firm in Buffalo, New York, and a firm in Florida.
