Katherine (Kat) is an associate in the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice. She counsels and advises clients on a wide range of labor and employment matters such as compliance with wage and hour laws; worker classification issues; inclusive hiring and employment practices; leave law compliance; avoidance of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims; reductions in force; and disciplinary actions and termination.
Prior to joining Hodgson Russ as an attorney, Kat was a summer associate with the firm. She also externed for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) where she assisted in researching precedent regarding discrimination, harassment, and disability accommodations. Prior to attending law school, Kat held various human resources leadership roles.
