John has more than 40 years of experience in title review and working with title companies. As the manager of title services, John assists in the organization and production of preliminary title commitments/reports and final title policies. He also reviews and analyzes titles and researches properties in public records to uncover any potential issues such as liens, unpaid fees, undisclosed owners, special assessments and outstanding loans.
