Ed represents industrial development agencies, financial institutions, municipal bodies, public authorities, and businesses with general transactional and financial matters, with a specific concentration in public finance law.
As part of his public finance practice, Ed provides guidance as counsel to bond issuers and underwriters, lenders, and borrowers. His public finance experience includes tax-exempt and taxable financings for 501(c)(3) organizations, schools, housing projects, and manufacturers.
As bank financing counsel, he represents borrowers and financial institutions on various financial arrangements, including obligated group structures, asset based lending, letters of credit, and syndicated loans.
Ed also has experience providing general corporate counsel services for private and not-for-profit entities, where he provides guidance on all manner of business issues, including financings, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning and affordable housing.
