Daniel is a law clerk in the firm’s Real Estate and Finance Practice, where he assists attorneys in counseling clients in various commercial real estate matters, including real estate development, leasing, mortgage financing, land use and planning, and renewable energy transactions.
Prior to joining Hodgson Russ as a law clerk, Daniel was a summer associate with the firm and published several articles. During law school, he served as a law clerk for the Buffalo Urban Renewal Agency where he gained experience with Public Private Partnerships, land redevelopment, and environmental compliance.
Before attending law school, Daniel had a career with an international charter airline where he collaborated with contractors around the world to manage aircraft parts, including the domestic and international transfer of those parts while ensuring compliance with federal regulations and internal company policies.
