Ceara is a law clerk in the firm’s Corporate & Business and Cybersecurity & Privacy Practices. She assists attorneys in counseling firm clients on a variety of business transactions and general corporate matters, as well as data protection and incident response plans.
Prior to joining Hodgson Russ as a law clerk, Ceara was a summer associate with the firm.
Before attending law school, Ceara served as an export compliance legal intern for Convergint Technologies in Chicago, an industry-leading corporation which designs, installs, and services electronic security. She also worked in the governance, risk, and compliance department of another cybersecurity corporation.
