Peter is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation Practice, where he assists firm clients with business disputes that cover many different areas of substantive law. Peter's experience includes breach of contract claims, defense of derivative shareholder lawsuits, bad faith insurance coverage claims, and trust and estate litigation.
Peter also has experience handling the defense of personal injury claims brought against construction contractors and worksite owners. Additionally, Peter has significant experience working on criminal and immigration appeals in a pro bono capacity. This experience has allowed Peter to brief and argue nuanced legal issues to both federal and state appellate courts.
Prior to joining Hodgson Russ as an attorney, Pete worked for the firm on a part-time basis during his last year in law school and was also a summer associate here.
While in law school, he spent a summer as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Julio Fuentes of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
