Paul is a member of the firm's Corporate & Securities Practice. He represents domestic and international clients on a variety of general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Hodgson Russ, Paul was an associate for a large New York City law firm where he worked on a broad range of commercial transactions, with a focus on capital markets transactions. While in law school, Paul was a Summer Clerk for the United States District Court for the Western District of New York.
