Evan is a member of the Real Estate & Finance Practice where he represents clients in commercial real estate matters, concentrating on large-scale and community generation renewable energy projects.
Evan has significant experience assisting solar, wind, and battery storage developers through every aspect of project development including drafting, negotiating, and amending site control documentation and performing survey and title review. Evan also provides energy project lenders, sellers, and purchasers due diligence in support of both project financing and portfolio sales and acquisitions. He is licensed to practice in New York State and Illinois.
Prior to joining Hodgson Russ, Evan served as a judicial law clerk for Judge Pamela Pepper of the Eastern District of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
