Brianne is a member of the Real Estate practice representing clients in various commercial real estate matters, including public-private partnerships, real estate development and construction, purchases and sales, leasing, and banking and finance.
Brianne’s experience includes significant work with renewable energy projects, including large-scale projects permitted under Article 10 and Executive Law § 94-c, and community solar and community wind projects. Her work involves all real estate aspects of projects including drafting and negotiating site control documentation, drafting and negotiating crossing and easement agreements with utility companies and private landowners, reviewing title and title curatives, representing developers on construction financing transactions, and also includes providing due diligence in support of project and portfolio acquisitions.
In addition to her work on real estate and renewable energy projects, Brianne is also a member of the Equine practice. Her experience as a lifelong equestrian informs her representation of clients in a broad range of matters, including the purchase, sale, and leasing of agricultural property, boarding and training facilities, warehousing and manufacturing facilities, and horse show facilities.
Brianne also has significant experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction, architect, construction manager, and subcontractor agreements for both public and private entities.
