Kimberly D. VanOpdorp Joins Hodgson Russ LLP

Hodgson Russ LLP is pleased to announce that Kimberly D. VanOpdorp has joined the firm’s Buffalo office as an associate in its Corporate & Securities Practice.

Kimberly represents domestic and international clients on various business transactions and general corporate matters.

During law school, Kimberly was a summer law clerk for Hon. Timothy J. Walker, 8th Judicial District Commercial Division, and worked as a contracts assistant with the University at Buffalo Technology Transfer Office. Kimberly was also a Property and Evidence Teaching Assistant, and a member of Buffalo Law Review.

Before joining Hodgson Russ, Kimberly was an associate at a large global law firm in its Capital Markets practice group.
