Hodgson Russ LLP Increases Depth of Real Estate, Environment, Energy & Finance Practice with Addition of Partner

In a move that will continue to bolster its Real Estate, Environment, Energy & Finance Practice, Hodgson Russ LLP is pleased to announce that Michael E. Condon has joined the firm’s Rochester-Linden Oaks office as a partner in its Real Estate, Environment, Energy & Finance Practice.

Mike focuses his practice on commercial real estate matters, with a particular emphasis on development, financing, acquisitions, dispositions, affordable housing, and leasing. He represents numerous developers, lenders, investors, and entities in such areas as commercial lending, borrowing, and real estate development and leasing. Mike regularly assists clients in the negotiation of complex purchase and sale agreements, membership purchase agreements, financing documents, and development agreements. He also has significant experience representing lenders and developers in construction and project financing. Mike also regularly assists clients with drafting and negotiating site control documents for renewable energy facilities.

Outside of practicing law, Mike is the proud father of two sons and two daughters. Mike is active in his community and volunteers to coach youth football, basketball, and baseball in Victor, New York.

Prior to joining Hodgson Russ, Mike was a member at the law firm of Harris Beach PLLC.
