Hodgson Russ LLP Adds New Attorneys to Support Growth Strategy, Serve Clients

Hodgson Russ LLP is pleased to welcome three attorneys to the firm as it continues its growth strategy to better serve its diverse client base by enhancing its core practices and expanding into emerging areas of the law. William Fassuliotis, Andrea Rojas, and Patricia Rauh all joined the firm as associates.

Will joins the firm’s Business Litigation practice where he focuses on complex civil and commercial litigation matters, including commercial real estate litigation. He represents clients in both state and federal courts, in all stages of litigation, including coordinating discovery, preparing and deposing witnesses, briefing and arguing dispositive motions, and prosecuting preliminary injunction and temporary restraining order motions. In addition, Will also has an active pro bono practice where he provides legal services to disabled veterans and immigrants seeking asylum.

In the firm’s Banking & Finance practice, Andrea provides counsel to domestic and international businesses of various sizes and stages of growth. Her practice concentrates on counseling commercial banks, direct lenders, and corporate borrowers across the spectrum of lending transactions, Andrea works with clients in a variety of industries and finance transactions including those related to mergers and acquisitions, debt transactions, capital market transactions, and other business matters.

As part of the Trusts & Estates Practice, Patricia counsels clients to create comprehensive estate plans to meet their wealth preservation goals. She has extensive experience with estate and trust administration, and routinely counsels fiduciaries and beneficiaries in both contested and non-contested matters. Patricia appears in Surrogate’s Court on various matters, including Article 17-a guardianships, wrongful death settlements, and probate and accounting contests.

Will, Andrea, Patricia serve clients throughout the firm’s footprint and are based out of New York City, Buffalo, and Rochester, respectively.
