Tzetzo Joins Hodgson Russ LLP

Buffalo, New York (January 23, 2019) – The law firm of Hodgson Russ LLP is pleased to announce Nicole Tzetzo has joined the firm’s Buffalo office as a partner in the Corporate & Business Law Practice, the Securities Regulation & Corporate Compliance Practice and the Tax-Exempt Organizations Industry Practice.

Nicole has extensive experience providing advice and counsel to for-profit and not-for-profit clients on general tax and business matters. She also assists her clients with trusts and estates related matters.

Immediately prior to joining Hodgson Russ, Nicole was Vice President of Finance and Administration at the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Foundation, where she was responsible for all of the Foundation’s legal and financial operations. She handled legal compliance and management of grants and contracts; led governance and compliance efforts for the Foundation; managed the legal process for and construction of the complete interior of the new, historic Foundation headquarters; provided primary oversight and served as lead contact with investment management firms responsible for assets in excess of one billion dollars. Nicole also served as the Foundation’s Human Resources Director and its Information Technology Administrator.

Before joining the Foundation, Nicole was a Partner at Jaeckle Fleischmann & Mugel, LLP, where her practice was primarily devoted to serving not-for-profits and tax-exempt organizations.

As a Tax Consultant in the early stages of her career, Nicole handled several matters which involved corporate, trust and estates, partnership and employee benefits issues.
