Two Corporate Attorneys Join Hodgson Russ's New York Office
Two attorneys have joined Hodgson Russ LLP’s New York office. They are Eric A. Pinero and Sebastian Weiss, associates in the Corporate & Securities Practice Group.
Eric A. This includes the preparation and filing of periodic reports, current reports, registration statements, and other filings required by the 1933 Act and 1934 Act. Prior to joining Hodgson Russ, Mr. Pinero worked as an associate focusing in corporate and securities law for two boutique law firms in New York City.
Sebastian Weiss concentrates his practice in corporate and securities law, including corporate finance, corporate formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, 1933 Act and 1934 Act filings, and commercial transactions.
