Two New Associates Join Hodgson Russ

Hodgson Russ LLP, one of the country’s leading law firms providing business-focused legal counsel to market-leading and emerging enterprises, governmental entities, nonprofit institutions, and individuals across the United States, Canada, and the world, is pleased to announce Mary Balkin and Kristen Flick were recently named associates at the firm.

Mary Balkin works in Hodgson Russ’s Real Estate and Finance Practice, where she assists clients in the areas of commercial real estate development, commercial leasing, and real estate investment and financing. Prior to joining the firm she served as a law clerk to the Hon. Katherine R. Dupuis, Presiding Judge of the Chancery Division in Union County, NJ and as a legal intern at eMoney Advisor, Moog Inc., and a Pennsylvania law firm.  She holds a B.B.A. from Loyola University Maryland and a J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.

Kristen Flick works in Hodgson Russ’s Business Litigation Practice in the representation of clients involved in a variety of commercial disputes.  While in law school, Kristen participated in the Hodgson Russ Summer Associate Program. She also served as a law clerk for Hon. Leslie G. Foschio of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York and for the Office of the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of New York.  Flick holds a B.A. from Canisius College and received her J.D. from SUNY Buffalo Law School.
