Timothy Noonan Appointed to State Tax Notes Advisory Board

Timothy P. Noonan, a partner in the firm’s State and Local Tax Practice Group, has been appointed to the State Tax Notes Advisory Board. State Tax Notes is a weekly publication from Tax Analysts that serves a national audience and provides commentary and analysis on the latest changes in tax law and policy.  Tim writes a monthly column in State Tax Notes entitled “Noonan’s Notes,” and now his involvement will increase as he serves on the Advisory Board.
