Six Hodgson Russ Attorneys Newly Admitted to New York State Bar

Six Hodgson Russ attorneys were admitted to the New York State Bar at a recent ceremony. The newly admitted attorneys are:

Kevin J. Espinosa (Business Litigation Practice Group). Mr. Espinosa represents clients in business litigation issues, including those involving intellectual property, personal injury, and contract disputes.

Amy L. Goerss (Health Law Practice Group). Ms. Goerss represents clients in the health care and life sciences sectors, generally assisting them with regulatory and compliance matters, including HIPAA, and advising health care clients on structuring transactions.

Charles W. Malcomb (Environment & Energy Practice Group). Mr. Malcomb focuses his practice on environmental law compliance, assisting private and public clients with issues involving state and federal environmental statutes and assisting municipalities with a wide range of issues, including land use and zoning. He also works on large-scale renewable energy projects.

Brian D. Manning (Corporate & Securities Practice Group). Mr. Manning concentrates his practice in general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and antitrust law.

Christopher G. Murrer (Estates & Trusts Practice Group). Mr. Murrer concentrates his practice in estates and trusts law, including estate planning and drafting wills and trusts.

Michael E. Reyen (Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Commercial Litigation Practice Group). Mr. Reyen represents financially troubled companies, creditors, and other parties in all aspects of corporate restructurings or asset liquidations; handles matters involving foreclosures, complex collection matters, and other litigation; and provides support in various complex financing transactions.
