Gary M. Schober Elected to Kaleida Health Foundation’s Board of Directors
Gary M. Schober, president and CEO of Hodgson Russ LLP, has been elected to the Kaleida Health Foundation board of directors.
Mr. Schober oversees Hodgson Russ’s more than 230 attorneys and 330 plus management and support staff, who are located throughout its eight offices. In addition to leading the firm’s strategic vision and initiatives for growth and business development, he takes an active role in guiding the firm’s day-to-day operations.
Prior to being named president and CEO, Mr. Schober was a partner in Hodgson Russ’s Intellectual Property & Technology and Corporate & Securities Practice Groups, concentrating his practice in electronic commerce, computer, and technology law and counseling high-technology and other clients on a broad range of business law matters. He was frequently involved in high-dollar sale and purchase transactions involving complex technology-based businesses and had extensive experience with the sale of patents and other intellectual property. His practice frequently included representing clients in international transactions.
