Reena Dutta Elected as a Director of the Bar Association of Erie County

Hodgson Russ LLP is pleased to announce Reetuparna (Reena) Dutta, Partner, has been elected as a Director of the Bar Association of Erie County for a three-year term.

As a director on the board, Reena will participate in establishing policy for the Bar Association, oversee the work of more than 40 committees and will help support the association’s social and educational events.

Reena specializes in white-collar criminal defense and government and internal investigations. She has extensive experience representing clients in state and federal court, as well as in mediation, in connection with civil and criminal government investigations and prosecutions, most notably in relation to the Federal False Claims Act, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, tax fraud, drug offenses, environmental violations, contract disputes and civil fraud claim. Reena is also a co-leader of the Subpoena Compliance for Financial Institutions Practice.
