Hodgson Russ Attorney Michael T. Logan Newly Admitted to New York State Bar
Hodgson Russ is pleased to announce Michael T. Logan has been admitted to the New York State Bar and is now an associate attorney in Hodgson Russ’s Real Estate & Finance Practice Group in the law firm’s Albany office.
Mr. Logan concentrates his practice on various forms of financings for municipalities, school districts, municipal authorities, for-profit corporations, and nonprofit corporations. Such financings include general obligation debt, sewer and water revenue bond issues, and industrial development agency financings. Prior to joining Hodgson Russ, Mr. Logan participated in the Hodgson Russ summer associate program, interned in the finance division of National Fuel Gas Company, and worked as a legal aide in the Consumer Fraud Bureau of the New York State Office of the Attorney General.
