Mark S. Klein Named Chairman of Hodgson Russ LLP

Hodgson Russ LLP has named Mark S. Klein Chairman. Mr. Klein is a preeminent tax attorney representing a wide range of business and individual clients, including Fortune 500 companies and high-net-worth individuals. He has practiced at the Firm more than 35 years.

Mr. Klein succeeds Daniel C. Oliverio pursuant to the Firm’s institutional leadership transition plan.

Mr. Oliverio will return on a full-time basis to his Business Litigation, False Claims Act, White Collar Criminal Defense and Surrogate’s Court Litigation practices and continue to serve the Firm as a Chairman Emeritus.

Mr. Klein will work closely with the Firm’s Managing Partner, Rick W. Kennedy, to focus on strengthening client relationships, growing the Firm’s client base, enhancing collegiality and serving our communities.
