Mark S. Klein and Paul J. Vallone Elected to Hodgson Russ Board of Directors
Hodgson Russ LLP announces partners Mark S. Klein and Paul J. Vallone have been elected to the law firm’s board of directors. Their appointments are immediately effective.
Mark S. Klein concentrates his practice in New York State and New York City tax matters. He has over 25 years of experience with federal, multistate, state, and local taxation, and he may be best known for his public speaking on tax topics. Mr. Klein splits his time between the firm's Buffalo and New York City offices. This is Mr. Klein’s second term serving on the firm’s board, having previously served for nearly seven years ending in 2005.
Paul J. Vallone represents clients in mergers and acquisitions; represents private businesses in acquisitions, divestitures, and private equity investments; provides general corporate counseling, including drafting and negotiating various types of corporate agreements; and counsels a variety of closely held companies, both domestic and international.
