Joseph L. Braccio Assumes Leadership of Hodgson Russ’s Employment, Benefits, and Immigration Practice Area

Hodgson Russ LLP is pleased to announce that Joseph L. Braccio will serve as the practice area leader (PAL) for the law firm’s Employment, Benefits, and Immigration Practice Area.

This practice area oversees the firms Employee Benefits, Labor & Employment, and Immigration Practice Groups. The firm has five practice areas, each overseen by a PAL, and they are the primary business units of the firm. The other four practice areas are Business, Litigation, Real Estate & Finance, and Tax.

Gary M. Since 1986, Mr. Braccio has counseled private sector employers on the full range of labor and employee relations issues with particular concentration in contract negotiations, contract administration, arbitration, representation of employers before the NLRB, strike management, and employee discipline and discharge cases. Mr. Braccio's extensive experience includes representing private employers in a variety of economic sectors including industrial manufacturing, health care, construction, high-technology, and service. He also regularly counsels employers on wage and hour issues, prevailing rate problems, and employment discrimination. In addition to serving as a PAL, Mr. Braccio leads the firms Labor & Employment Practice Group.
