Jeffrey B. Same Joins Hodgson Russ

Hodgson Russ announces Jeffrey B. Same has joined Hodgson Russ in the law firm’s Labor & Employment Practice in the Buffalo office.

Mr. Same represents private and public sector employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. His practice includes federal and state wage and hour, worker misclassification, employment discrimination, workplace policy, arbitration, discipline and discharge, union avoidance, and unemployment insurance issues. His practice includes cases involving the New York State Department of Labor, the New York State Division of Human Rights, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, and the Public Employment Relations Board.

Prior to joining Hodgson Russ, Mr. Same served as a law clerk at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Western District of New York and as a legal assistant at the Monroe County District Attorney's Office.
