Jane Bello Burke Elected to Officer Positions in NYSBA Health Law Section and House of Delegates Sections Caucus
The law firm of Hodgson Russ LLP is pleased to announce that Jane Bello Burke has been elected as an officer of the New York State Bar Association’s Health Law Section. Her term as Secretary of the Health Law Section will commence in June 2019.
Jane also serves as the Health Law Section’s delegate to the House of Delegates, NYSBA’s decision and policy-making body. At the 2019 annual meeting, Jane was elected as an officer of the Sections Caucus to the House of Delegates. Her term in that position will commence in June 2019.
Jane represents hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, home care agencies, social services agencies, and other practitioners and providers navigate the complex network of federal and state laws and regulations that govern New York’s health care system. She also advises health care providers on legal aspects of innovative business arrangements, including the implementation of telehealth programs. Jane works primarily from the firm’s Albany and New York offices as a partner in the Health, Home Care Administrative & Regulatory, Business Litigation, Blockchain & Cryptocurrency and Cybersecurity & Privacy Practice Groups.
