Jane Bello Burke Joins Health Law Practice Group

Hodgson Russ announces Jane Bello Burke has joined the law firm as a partner in the Health Law Practice Group. She is resident in the firm’s Albany office.

Ms. Burke concentrates her practice on regulatory and compliance matters for health care providers, including nursing homes and assisted living providers. She represents health care clients in appeals, audits, investigations, disciplinary proceedings, and litigation, including federal and state constitutional issues and challenges to state action.

Prior to joining Hodgson Russ, Ms. Burke was a partner in the health law department at a midsize Capital Region law firm. Ms. Burke began her career as a litigation attorney at Skadden Arps in New York City.
