Hugh M. Russ Asks NTSB to Reopen Flight 3407 Investigation on Behalf of Victims' Families

Hodgson Russ partner Hugh M. Russ, III sent a letter to the chair of the National Transportation Safety Board last month urging the board to reopen its investigation of the February 2009 crash of Continental Connection Flight 3407 after it was revealed by a Colgan Air executive that a Federal Aviation Administration official threatened to shut down the regional airline in August 2008 because of safety concerns. Mr. Russ represents several of the crash victims' families.
