Hodgson Russ Partner Jeffrey A. Rinde Presents at ICR XChange Asia
Jeffrey A. Rinde, a partner in Hodgson Russ LLP’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group, presented “What companies can do to implement best practices in corporate governance” at Integrated Corporate Relations (ICR) XChange Asia, recently held at the Reuters Conference Center in New York City. Mr. Rinde discussed rules, regulations, and recent trends in corporate governance and their implications for Asia-based companies that list in the United States.
ICR XChange Asia has become the premiere conference for small- to mid-cap growth institutional investors interested in the increasingly popular Asian marketplace. The annual conference connects Asia-based, publicly traded companies with Wall Street investors, analysts, and other professionals, providing maximum exposure to industry experts and key decision makers.
Mr. Rinde focuses his practice on securities regulation and compliance, representing a number of Asia-based companies doing business in the United States. He has extensive experience in public and private equity and debt security financings, international mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing, and corporate law and governance. He also represents issuers and merchant and investment banking firms in public and private securities offerings, as well as representing buyers, sellers, and financial advisors in a variety of public and private business combinations.
