Hodgson Russ Names Margot L. Watt Immigration Practice Group Leader

Hodgson Russ LLP has named Margot L. Watt leader of its Immigration Practice Group. She assumes this position from Lance J. Madden, who served as the group’s leader for many years.

Ms. Watt has more than 19 years of experience in immigration and nationality law matters. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

The Hodgson Russ Immigration Practice Group handles a broad range of immigration issues for businesses and individuals. The group’s services include representing large, multinational companies in connection with the temporary employment of professionals and intra-company transfers, the periodic entry of business visitors, and the permanent employment of foreign workers; representing foreign corporations of all sizes expanding or relocating to the United States; and counseling U.S. employers on all aspects of employment eligibility and verification and related unlawful discrimination practices.
