Hodgson Russ LLP Announces New Partners

Hodgson Russ is pleased to announce that Alba Alessandro, Ryan K. Cummings, Ryan L. Everhart, Stephen W. Kelkenberg, and William A. Lundquist have been named to the law firm’s partnership.

Alba Alessandro, a member of the firm’s Insurance & Reinsurance Practice Group, focuses her practice on insurance coverage with an emphasis on directors and officers liability.

Ryan Cummings concentrates his practice in all aspects of insurance law and coverage litigation; complex products liability, personal injury, and toxic exposure litigation; breach of contract, accounting malpractice, employment, and defamation claims.

Ryan Everhart practices in the areas of education and labor law, with a particular focus on special education law.

Stephen Kelkenberg focuses on commercial disputes, including contract and trade secret litigation, and insurance defense work, including products liability and product recall litigation.

Bill Lundquist has extensive experience in all aspects of construction law, including engineering, architectural, and construction contracts; public and private liens; statutory trust funds; and claim documentation, prosecution, defense, and prevention involving claims for contractual, property, and other damages.
