Hodgson Russ LLP Announces New Partners
Four practice in the firm’s Buffalo office
Hodgson Russ LLP, a full-service firm practicing in all major areas of law, today announced the election of the following attorneys to its partnership, effective January 1, 2008. They are Eileen M. Martin, Lizabeth A. Martin, and Jill L. Yonkers of the firm’s Buffalo office.
Eileen Martin, a member of the firm’s Immigration Practice Group, has over 16 years of experience in immigration law. She assists individuals from around the world with visa issuance, port-of-entry issues, work permits, family-based immigration, employment-based immigration, removal proceedings, immigrant and nonimmigrant waivers, and claims to U.S. citizenship.
Lizabeth Martin is also a member of the firm’s Immigration Practice Group. Her practice is concentrated on U.S. immigration and nationality law, including employment-based immigration matters for foreign investors, consultants, multinational companies, and individuals of extraordinary ability. Prior to working in immigration law, Ms. Martin practiced commercial litigation and served as an examining attorney for the U.S. Trademark Office.
Jill Yonkers is a member of the Municipal Law and Torts, Insurance & Products Liability Practice Groups. As a trial lawyer, Ms. Yonkers concentrates her practice in litigation and litigation avoidance in administrative and judicial forums. She has successfully litigated numerous matters on the trial court and appellate court levels throughout New York State.
