“The chance to help the State of Maryland update its offshore wind program, to maximize the potential of this resource for its ratepayers, is an exciting opportunity. We look forward to bringing our expertise to bear on this project,” said Noah Shaw, Co-Chair of the Hodgson Russ renewable energy practice and former General Counsel of the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority, which administers New York State’s offshore wind program.
