Hodgson Russ Featured in Article on Businesses Nearing the 200-Year Mark

The Buffalo News, “In Business for Going on 200 Years,” March 1, featured several Western New York-based businesses that have been in existence for nearly two centuries, including Hodgson Russ. Gary M. Schober, president and CEO, who is quoted extensively, said, “Over the years, we have faced enormous challenges. We weren’t always a 200-year-old firm with a solid book of well-respected, well-regarded clients with a brand name that everyone knows in the marketplace. We were fledgling at one time, just like every other business.” Founded in 1817, the firm will be 192 years old this year.
