Hodgson Russ Co-Hosts UB’s 'Business of Energy: Smart Grid Opportunities

Hodgson Russ is pleased to co-host “Smart Grid Opportunities,” a workshop presented by Directed Energy, the University at Buffalo’s clean energy business incubator program. It will take place April 21, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the Buffalo/Niagara Marriott, 1340 Millersport Highway, Amherst, New York. The workshop is designed to help businesses and researchers better understand technical advancements and business opportunities related to efforts to revamp the electrical grid.

“Smart Grid Opportunities” is the first in a series of four workshops on the business of energy that will be presented in 2010 by Directed Energy. Hodgson Russ is pleased to support the series and Directed Energy’s efforts to help create a clean-energy technical and business cluster in Western New York.

“Smart Grid Opportunities” includes “Living With the Smart Grid,” a panel discussion that will be led by Daniel A. Spitzer, the head of Hodgson Russ’s Energy Practice Group.
