Hodgson Russ Attorneys Pen Monthly Column for Law360
Timothy P. Noonan and K. Craig Reilly, State and Local Tax Practice attorneys at Hodgson Russ, have been selected as authors of a monthly column for Law360.
The new column is titled NY Tax Minutes and recaps recent events and notices regarding New York tax. For both Tim and Craig, the Law360 column will be their second monthly writing engagement in a national tax publication. Tim also writes a column entitled “Noonan’s Notes” in State Tax Notes, and Craig co-authors a U.S. Supreme Court Update in the Journal of Multistate Taxation and Incentives.
Tim focuses his practice in the state and local tax area. His work primarily involves New York State and New York City tax litigation and controversy, and he has handled some of the most high-profile residency cases in New York over the past decade.
Craig counsels businesses and individuals in a range of state and local tax issues, with a focus on New York State, New York City, New Jersey, and multistate tax issues.
